Fishing techniques using artificial bait or jig, scuttled and allowed to slide into the ocean floor as soon as possible and called vertical jigging or throwing (casting) jig as far as possible and then played before the jig hit bottom and are called horizontal jigging, then immediately roll up real quickly while occasionally jerking with a certain rhythm.

The way it is done so that the artificial bait moves similar natural bait fish swim head up so that the target would snatched. Jigging is usually carried out from the ship / boat is anchored and remain in place on the spot that consists of coral reefs with a depth of between 50 to 100 meters.

4. Bottom fishing

Bottom fishing is the most common technique done in fishing. This technique is commonly used to lure fish are either bottom of the sea, rivers, lakes, ponds, etc. Bottom fishing can be done without a fishing rod with a hand line or rod and reel. The principle of bottom fishing is drowning bait to the bottom by using ballast / tin. There are various kinds of circuits used for bottom fishing, ranging from a series of tin in the middle and hook under, or tin under and hook in the middle, on the circuit mustache. Tin for circuit below, can use one or more mustache. IGFA regulations permit the use of a maximum of 2 pieces of mustache should not intersect. The series of bottom fishing is also often coupled aids such as buoys or stork (spreader).

Bottom fishing can be done from the shallow waters such as marshes or ponds to depths of hundreds of meters sea.

 5. Drifting

Fishing with drifting techniques or Drift Fishing is a fishing technique with the term drift or drift, which we use bait is live bait so it looks natural for fish predators as prey animals into the live bait. Drifting fishing techniques when used in spots reefs or FADs will facilitate anglers to catch fish, especially snapper big game. Why snapper ?, because snapper likes attacking bait that looks alive, rather than biting the silence around the base.

Drifting fishing technique requires some skill and patience to be able to successfully get the fish prey, because in practice it is not as easy as described. Before fishing lot of which to be prepared. The first preparatory course, need to know where the fish prey nesting position with certainty, that is where the role of GPS fish finder is needed.

Drift fishing technique is usually done in an area that many coral reefs. The first thing to do is localize prey fish habitat, especially snapper with a mark on the gps so that we establish fish habitat hunting territory.
